Starting with August 31, 2006 IBCO Energ has been accepted on the consultants' list for structural and cohesion funds, within the programme IMPACT, programme developed by the Education and Research Ministry (which represents the intermediary organization). This programme is dedicated to the preparation of R&D and innovation projects that will be proposed for financing through structural funds, aiming at strengthening the absorption capacity of the funds.
The period for programme development is during 2006-2010 and is financing the specialized consultancy services for preparing the documents necessary for the applications for projects of R&D and innovation (e.g. wind energy farms), for the purpose of increasing the economic competitivity - business plan, market studies, impact studies, etc.

Also IBCO Energ provides consultancy for structural funds accesion by the economic agents inside two operational programmes:
- Operational Programme for increasing the economic competitivity (through The European Fund for Development) having as an intermediary organism The National Agency for SMEs (ANIMMC) and the Ministry of Education and Commerce- General Direction of Energy Politics.
- Operational programme for environment (through FERD and Cohesion fund) - having as an intermediary organism the National Agencies for Environment Protection. The cohesion fund is the financial tool that supports the investment in transportation infrastructure, energy and environment
